  Staff at the hotel were very friendly and spoke very good English. The location of the hotel was very convenient and there were lots nice restaurants and a supermarket located close by. Room was spacious, no amazing views, but we were out in Paris most of the time so it wasn't much of a problem at all.   Location was fantastic- a few blocks from the Pernety and Plaissance metro stations. Easy to get from there to Montparnasse, Invalidades and other metro/RER stations to get all over Paris. Nice neighbourhood with a lot of bakeries and a couple of very nice restaurant solutions that were much less expensive than the ones in the center. Overall a great choice! We will definately stay there again our next time in Paris.
