  This hotel is fully automated - no staff. You only have a code which you use to: open main door, open door to your room, to use wifi. Really great idea! The room was spacious, big comfortable bed, a big wardrobe, very fast wifi. Location is good - not far from the city center. There are a few 24H shops in the surroundings. - Good location, able t... vad folk säger » o walk to the center of tHe city in 15 minutes. Value was good. Good size for two folks but not conducive to spending time in the room. (Older folks tend to do that more than younger folks.)

  Hotellet var mycket rent och snyggt. Fantastiskt läge mitt i centrum, nära till allt. Tyst och lugnt, bra att sova, inga ljud alls! Njöt av att det fanns badkar på toaletten! Frukostbuffen var mångsidig och god. Vänligt bemötande av hotellpersonalen i receptionen! - Väldigt bra

  The quality for price was exceptionally high. Wonderful rooms with wonderful facilities. - Everything in decoration were working very well. It woud have been wonderfull to get breakfast downstairs belongoong to the price of the room foe examble just coffee and croisant.

  Everything was perfect! From the moment we checked in, we were very pleased with the staff and how attentive they were to our needs. The room was quite large and very clean, the bathroom very modern (the tv was a nice touch!) and breakfast very delicious! The location, next to the harbour, was ideal for market and boat visits. The rooms are large and very nicely appointed with big bathrooms. Ask for a harbour view room. It has a decent spa. The Havis restaurant and the very old Sundmans Krog brasserie are lovely. Overall this hotel is smart, with a lovely lounge and nice relaxed atmosphere. I am very choosy about hotels and Haven is thoroughly recommendable if you visit Helsinki...
