We loved everything about the hotel. All of the staff there were helpful and welcoming. We had booked a classic room and were upgraded to a superior room. The room and en-suite were decorated to very high standard.

All of the staff we pleasant, helpful, and friendly going beyond the 'call-of-duty especially Marco, the. Golfer and possibly the next Tiger woods. Room excellent value, breakfast wonderful, location perfect.

The staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Easy disabled parking for my husband - maybe the time of year helped.
Very comfortable beds, pillows and very efficient shower.
Excellent to have both BBC World and Sky News - very rare!

Staff were excellent, the afternoon we arrives my wife asked for a massage in the spa to be told that it would be the next day, but we would be gone. Shortly after they re arranged things so my wife had her massage at 5 pm

The location and very helpful staff could not be faulted.
I really wanted to like this place because of the firnedliness of the staff and it's location, but i just felt it was a lot of money for what was essentially beds to sleep in. There was nothing available in order to "enjoy" the accomodation.

The two of us stayed at the "Sunny" apartment (1 bedroom, sleeps 4) and we loved it. This one seems to be the most private of all in the house and it has a nice terrace porch. It also has a great fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, cable TV, and spacious wardrobes. After meeting friendly easy going Mihaela and seeing how clean the place was, we would love to come back and stay at any of the available apartments. We highly recommend it!
