  We loved everything about the hotel. All of the staff there were helpful and welcoming. We had booked a classic room and were upgraded to a superior room. The room and en-suite were decorated to very high standard. The food at the hotel was excellent. The breakfast choices were varied and well prepared.   The staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Easy disabled parking for my husband - maybe the time of year helped. Very comfortable beds, pillows and very efficient shower. Excellent to have both BBC World and Sky News - very rare!
