  Location of the hotel is magic,clean and quiet room.The staff was very informative and helpful.Definately would recommend this hotel - Helpful and accommodating staff. Also very clean and lovely rooms. Restaurant was really good.I enjoyed the locality of the hotel.

  It is elegant but also very friendly and comfortable. The situation in the old town is full of character and the staff could not have been more helpful. I was on a winter break with my husband and I would recommend it highly. The location is in the middle of Lapad meaning there's plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.   We were warmly welcomed in the morning and we got our room almost three hours before usual check in. We also got good recommendation for a cafe serving breakfast. The room was on the first floor, but it was quiet and comfortable. The view to the small alley was OK. Personnel was very helpful all the time.   Tomi and Irena were excellent hosts and made us feel most welcome. The apartment suited our needs perfectly and was very clean. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of town but everywhere was in walking distance, or in distance of a bus stop. Taxis were quite cheap to get us back home.   Enjoyed our stay over here. Location is a 5 min car drive away from Dubrovnik's old town, but bus is going to city center every 30 minutes (Taxi about 15 EUR). It is a building with plenty of character but has modern facilities too. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

  We were travelling as a group of friends - three mature couples - so we booked all three studio apartments and therefore had the whole house to ourselves. Our booking was handled very efficiently by Antun, the owner, who answered any questions promptly by email.   Gabi and her family were very friendly. The apartment is very well located as its a 5 min walk to Lapad beach and 10 min from Splendid, 2 min from a cinema (in English), cafes and restaurants are also a few min walk away. The No 4 bus is just outside and runs every 20 min from 15min past the hour and goes direct to the old town in about 15-20 min.... vad folk säger » The apartment had a washing machine which was great for us as we we travelling for 6 weeks. The wifi was also excellent (fast and reliable). The room - Gabi and her husban Ivan, the owners of the apartment were very friendly and welcoming! Please note that if you arrive by car the apartment is in a family house off the extremely little narrow lane, which we missed in the dark. After finally finding it by walking Gabi came out to us and lead us to the house. Apartment is well equipped, all kitchen utensils, wifi, comfortable bed.
