Tomi and Irena were excellent hosts and made us feel most welcome. The apartment suited our needs perfectly and was very clean. Very nice, quiet location on the Lapad hill with great view to the old city 100 m away near the small church. Well equiped apartment (also wi-fi was available), suitable for families with children. The owner, Antun, got in touch beforehand to make our arrival as easy as possible. We then received a very warm welcome from Anna at the old city gate. She was really helpful, kind and friendly.
The apartment is in a charming location high up next to the battlements. It is a building with plenty of character but has modern facilities too. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

Only positive things to mention. Even the location was great. The appartment was close the busstation and only a 20 min walk from the old centre of Dubrovnik.

From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome by the staff , everybody was genuinely helpful . The hotel is a beautifully restored mansion and is a refuge from the crowded madness of Dubrovnik . Great location close to the sea and parkland. Bars and restaurants a few yards away and easy access to the old town by number 6 bus 50 metres from the front door.
Extremely friendly and informative staff. Room 31, although at the top of the house has an amazing roof terrace, must be seen. Great value hotel and a great place to be based for a trip of any length to the stunning Dubrovnik.

Ante is a kind and genuine host, gives a great introduction to the apartment and the surroundings. Answers any questions you may have and offers a very comfortable place to rest and relax after walking around all day. Highly recommend these apts to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. The apartment was perfectly central in the city, very easy to get to on arrival & extremely spacious, so no tripping over the suitcase during our stay! It was great to have somewhere we were never more than a 15 minute walk away from (within the city walls), for any well needed breaks from the blazing sun. I would definitely stay there again on a return to trip to Dubrovnik.

From the windows in the living room area you could see a beautiful view
of the Adriatic sea and the beautiful walls and fort of the city. You
could actually hear the waves crashing on the shore if you had the
windows open. Very relaxing, The apartment was located within walking
distance of the old town which provided access to many shops and
restaurants with foods stores accessible. We will be returning again.

The other thing is that the owners , Lucijiana & her husband are very very warm and welcoming. -
The apartment is really, really clean and beautifully decorated with the
owner's taste. Everything is new and renovated very conveniently.
And also very close to the beach and the Old Town. They do have a
parking lot and also there are little supermarkets around there. The
owner is very friendly and nice person. She cares everything even our
laundry. She is open-minded so we could cook our Korean food which might
be a bit stronger smell than European one. This is the perfect place for
travelers
