The hotel is located in an old house outside but very near the Pile gate (one of two to the Old City). Very convenient! The room is surprisingly large and tidy and has what you expect (including a hair dryer!). There is a nice garden restaurant where you can sip wine and eat to a reasonable cost compared to inside the walls. -

At the port of Dubrovnik. From the rooms you see the port. From the bathroom it is a beautiful site of the boats at port and the sea beyond. When you step outside you are in Dubrovnik and the activity of the day. Mother and daughter operators were wonderful hostesses. I will stay there again.

B&B Villa Dubrovnik Garden was very nice place to stay for a week. The personnel was friendly and it was also possible to get gluten free breakfast.

Andrea was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Good knowledge of
things to do and booked sea kayaking for us.
Apartments had oil, sugar and coffee which was useful and excellent array of clean pots and pans compared to other apartments.
Whole apartment, especially the Bathroom was spotlessly clean with a washing machine.
Close to restaurants (downstairs) and directly opposite a grocery store. Japanese is v good!

This was a really nice place to stay. Our one-bedroom apartment was in the highest floor with a wonderful view. The harbour in front of the building is really interesting to watch, big ships coming and going. In the house there was very quiet. Only positive things to mention. Even the location was great. The appartment was close the busstation and only a 20 min walk from the old centre of Dubrovnik.
