  Everything. I can't emphasize how nice and friendly the staff was during our stay. Location is perfect, just a block away from Parquet de la 93, and less than a 10 min walk from the zona T. Breakfast was good, the apartament was clean, big and very nicely decorated. Price was perfect. Excellent service by all the staff at all times, always looking after you and trying to help on anything. Restaurant was superb. Decoration in rooms and lobby very nice.

  Staff extremely nice and helpful (special thanks to the two ladies of the reception for their assistance) good breakfast (with the best orange juice I've ever had in a hotel) and comfortable and perfectly clean room. Location also very good, 5 minutes away from the T-Zone which is full of bars and restaurants. - It was a great place! The rooms are bog with a small kitchen included, great for spending a couple of days with friends around the city. As rooms have two queen size beds, it can fit 4 people perfectly which budget wise is a great option.

  Very nice place and great staff who want everyone to enjoy their time. Luis in the bar is very friendly and provides quality service. But they have no Port (Porto) as the bar manager does not want to stock any. - very nice hotel with a great gym. breakfast and dinner buffets are good. staff is very professional and attentive. good security.

  This hotel is an amazing find - beautiful interior design, great location near the incredible Club Columbia restaurant, well priced, and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. - Rooms were spacious, well decorated and included a kitchenette. Wonderful breakfast buffet with extensive selection of fresh foods. Rooftop Spa and Gym were beautiful.

  The hotel was clean, modern, a good value for money, the breakfast and dinner service I thought was excellent. The food much better than what previous reviews stated. I would stay here again without hesitation. - Very friendly and helpfully staff. The food was very good. Perfect for what I needed. Very clean.

  I have to say that I had an excellent stay again and very pleased to be back. Excellent service from the staff from the front desk, staff from the restaurant ( breakfast, lunch and dinner ) and the staff who cleans the rooms were perfect and so kind and I was amazed how my clothes were ironned like I like ( the best ) ! Next time would like a room... vad folk säger » on a higher floor :-) - It has a gym which is not very modern, but it was enough for us to do some exercise. The room was clean and bed not bad. Because it was a Sunday and not many people checking in, they let us check out at 6 pm. The service for massage and spa was good too, and breakfast is excellent.

  Hi.I was very peased with my stay here.The room was excellent and very comfortable. It was located close to shops and restaurants.The staff were friendly and helpful. - The staff was very friendly and always with a smile on their faces.
