  The hotel was beautifully presented, very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Of the 3 hotels we have stayed in during our trip, this was by far our standout favorite. We would happily stay here again and would recommend the Century Plaza Hotel to our friends. . - hotel position

  I couldn't have asked for more. I wanted a luxury business hotel, and the Langham provided both the luxury and the business facilities, plus excellent food, along with a delightful service ethos that desired only to excel.   I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights with 3 other colleagues, the hotel facilities were good and the staff excellent, they spoke clear English and were always very helpful. The hotel is located close to the Exhibition Center.   I was impressed, didn't expect too much from my usual experience with Chinese Hotels. One thing I know for sure after staying at the Somerset, I'll be a loyal customer from now on. This is a 4 starts hotel with a 5 stars service. Made feel home. Worth every penny. - The general atmosphere of the place. It starts with warm welcome at the check in Desk and ends when you leave. Great team of people doing an outstanding job
