  The hotel was beautifully presented, very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Of the 3 hotels we have stayed in during our trip, this was by far our standout favorite. I wanted a luxury business hotel, and the Langham provided both the luxury and the business facilities, plus excellent food, along with a delightful service ethos that desired only to excel.   I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights with 3 other colleagues, the hotel facilities were good and the staff excellent, they spoke clear English and were always very helpful. The hotel is located close to the Exhibition Center.   I was impressed, didn't expect too much from my usual experience with Chinese Hotels. One thing I know for sure after staying at the Somerset, I'll be a loyal customer from now on. This is a 4 starts hotel with a 5 stars service. Made feel home. I have stayed at the suite which was amazingly specious, nice decor, great soft bed, cool TV, double s... what people say » ided windows that isolate the noise. The little things makes the difference. Worth every penny. - The general atmosphere of the place. It starts with warm welcome at the check in Desk and ends when you leave.
