On our first night there I misplaced my purse and the staff could not have done any more to help me find it quickly. They also helped entertain my baby son during check-in and check-out. The hotel has great restaurants too, we enjoyed tasty evening meals and breakfasts with a good choice for everyone.

  The staff were friendly and profession. At the raffles you feel comfortable and get the feeling of being at home. Hotel was very clean and you got value service for your money.   Nathan at reception dealt with our check in efficiently and a couteous manner. He arranged for us to keep our club room for the 3 nights hotel beds had booked. Nice lad. Thank him. - Everything was good, this is my 3rd stay, and will stay there again, when I have an extended stay in Beijing. I did notice a bit of a change in the breakfast though,

  The staff were extremely helpful, especially front desk manager Thomas and Murphy in guest relations. They really helped us get along in a city where very few individuals speak English. Ambiance was very nice in lobby and pool.   Our entire family enjoyed our stay at the Peninsula. The room was spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed. I love how the desk area is separated from the rest of the room. It allows me to do some work while the kids are watching a movie.
