I stayed 2 times at this beautiful hotel already (each time several days) and I will return to it when I'm back in Beijing. A most beatiful old historic courtyard building full of loads of character. We had a four poster bed and looked out onto the courtyard. A peaceful haven set amongst fascinating huton alley ways. Very clean, very comfortable and lovely breakfasts.

The courtyard style hotel was lovely with lots of traditional features. We stayed in November so it was too cold sit in the courtyard but instead w had drinks in front of a log fire. It's in a great location down a hutong alleyway. Staff were very helpful and provided an English guide on sights, restaurants and bars. We had dinner in 2 of the rest

The staff in the reception speaks english very well, the attitude is so friendly and explain the city very well including a city map with clearly indications.
They give us a present for our anniversary, a cake and a letter. The room was perfect with very nice details and well decorated. The situation is very near the city centre and the external áreas of the hotel are very comfortable, nice and well design.
