(air) beyond belief. In itself, must be seen to believe. Kapok was on
the door step of the forbidden city and tien'amen and very
convenient for the purpose; to visit these. There is a food market on a

This hotel is in a great location for tourist very close for Forbidden City and shopping as well. The design is great and the rooms have wood floors, always a plus in China where carpet cleaning is not a top priority.

Staff at this accommodation is so helpful and kind. It is hard to find
at first. The taxi we took from the airport (170rmb which was scam) can
not find the place he had to call the hotel and drop us at one of the
entrance. There are two entrances. There is no reception area for you to

Great location. The studio apartment is in a new building, and the
building is a part of a closed structure of approx. 10 buildings such as
this one. It is surrounded by a fence and there is a guard at the
entrance (nice) (It's not like it is unsafe neighborhood). Inside
there is a tennis court, and plenty of grass. Although it is not located
in the city center, it's 10 minutes walk from mtr station
(dongimen), than it takes about 4 stops to the Tiananmen square. The

Our entire family enjoyed our stay at the Peninsula. The room was spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed. I love how the desk area is separated from the rest of the room. It allows me to do some work while the kids are watching a movie. The management really pays attention to the details which made our stay extremely comfortable. -

The staff, especially Julia, was quick to respond to our needs and
complaints. We were transferred to the upper floor when we complained
about the noise from the renovation and to a non-smoking floor as
requested. The room and the double bed are big and comfortable, the
linens and bath towels are fresh. Free coffee and tea. The tv channels
include hbo and English news. Breakfast is something to look forward to
every morning, and the noodle bar provides our comfort food when

Family room was fantastic, (5 adults) large and comfy beds with a large lounge area. Staff very attentive (particularly Raoul) in catering to needs and providing helpful suggestions for trips. Close to wangfujing street with lots of shopping and less than 5 mins walk to metro. Decor of hotel very grand with beautiful staircases and impressive entrance! Would definitely recommend this hotel (and whole family would too!)

Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht gutes Englisch. Besonders eine Person der Rezeption sprach sehr gutes Englisch. Zimmer sind sauber und nett. Gute lage zur U-bahn Station 10 minuten zu Fuß. They upgraded me to executive suite - it was a pleasant surprise. Also, I was super happy with their flexibility. I had to run errands and couldn't get back to the hotel to check out before 2 PM and they extended my stay without charging me extra. Really thoughtful and the staff was truly amazing. Would love to come back again. -

... vad folk säger » for 14 days and I really enjoyed my staying. They upgraded me in an executive room, the swimming pool was quite big and the staff has been very friendly (despite some problems in the communication). The hotel is only few minutes away from the underground station.
