  Staff at this accommodation is so helpful and kind. It is hard to find at first. The taxi we took from the airport (170rmb which was scam) can not find the place he had to call the hotel and drop us at one of the entrance. There are two entrances.   Our entire family enjoyed our stay at the Peninsula. The room was spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed. I love how the desk area is separated from the rest of the room. It allows me to do some work while the kids are watching a movie.   They upgraded me to executive suite - it was a pleasant surprise. Also, I was super happy with their flexibility. I had to run errands and couldn't get back to the hotel to check out before 2 PM and they extended my stay without charging me extra. Really thoughtful and the staff was truly amazing. They upgraded me in an executive room, the swimming pool was quite big and the staff has been very friendly (despite some problems in the communication).
