The location of the appartment meant that I could carry on with my business and my wife could take advantage of the local shopping options, there is also an ample choice of restaurants within the area.
The apartment was nicely decorated, clean with ample space for a 4 day break. The service and support communication was first class. -

I enjoyed the friendliness of staff, spacious and clean rooms, good variety at breakfast time. It's located in a nice area, shopping mall nearby, getting to the airport was fast and easy. I was there for business, but if i was with my family the hotel is equally perfect.

The room was excellent in all respects: bed, bathroom, air conditioning
and free wi-fi. Very good breakfast. The staff was always very helpful
and nice. Despite being a bit away from the city center, the hotel is
one block from the metro that works very well in Santiago. -

Hotel options (the best value) for my mother and her husband when

This is a perfect location - right above the metro -- if you get lost just tell the cab driver 'take me to the Manuel Montt metro station'. Nellie is a gracious, attentive, caring host. She even helped with last minute reservations for a tour of the Undurraga winery. Everything was clean, fresh, seemingly brand new. A great place to stay in Santiago.

Everything was great... best accommodation of our whole 8 week holiday. Very helpful fluent English speaking staff. Our apartment on the 21st floor had an amazing view over Santa Lucia Park and the city and Andes, everything was just exactly how it was advertised and better. Great central location to everything, roof top pool, spotlessly clean. Recommend this place to everyone.
