  I do not know where to begin. Our stay at the Ritz, Santiago was absolutely fabulous. The minute we arrived, we were wonderfully greeted by David. He was so helpful throughout our stay.   The location of the appartment meant that I could carry on with my business and my wife could take advantage of the local shopping options, there is also an ample choice of restaurants within the area. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean with ample space for a 4 day break.   The hotel was very unique in appearance. The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The neighborhood is very fun, comparable to the East-Village in New York.   Wow! My husband and I have travelled the world and for the first time in a long time we ended up with an amazing apartment just like it said on the website. Ximena the owner was really nice and very attentive. The apartment was perfect! Clean and just right for the two of us. It was quiet and central too. I was truly amazed how nice and modern the apa - everything: the friendly owner (thank you again, Maria!), the location, the apartment including the kitchen, the nearby supermarket, the mountain view, the indeed very good internet connection. Moreover, returning from a trip to the Easter Island we used the washing machine and dryer in the 22nd floor and felt like home (even better: one can use it until11pm!). For the airport one can take the taxi in front of the building for a lower price than the shuttle for 2 persons! (13000 CLP). I cannot
