  The room was excellent in all respects: bed, bathroom, air conditioning and free wi-fi. Very good breakfast. The staff was always very helpful and nice. Despite being a bit away from the city center, the hotel is one block from the metro that works very well in Santiago. - Very good location

  We stayed at the small studio on Nueva Providencia No 1372 for two weeks in Oct-Nov 2013. The 21st floor apartment was clean and suitable for two of us. They stayed in the same 1bd apartment for 2 separate bookings (with a trip to Viña del Mar in the middle), and apartment living where we could have some meals together "at home" was very nice!   This is an excellent value that put us right in the middle of the best tourist attractions in Santiago. We felt quite safe in the area and had access to many restaurants--even a super-market in the building. The staff was most helpful and responsive to all of our requests.   Our stay was very pleasant. The guys in the office spoke English very well and were very helpful in giving us a map and helping us plan some of the sites close by. It was very conveniently located to the subway and a lot of fun shopping. It was within walking distance to lots of sites. My son that had been living there for 2 years as a missionary ... vad folk säger » said it was a much nicer place than the apartments he had stayed in. We were very comfortable staying here and felt very safe. - Location was great and close to subway and buses. Able to walk to nearby sightseeing venues and Hop ON- Hop Off buses. Kitchen was fully supplied except for paper towels. We bought fruit from street vendors for breakfast and snacks--mangos were outstanding. Office manager Javier spoke excellent English and was helpful. Very reasonable.
