Friendly and relaxed with no city noise for a city hotel. Beautiful grounds to walk around and sit in. Easy access to taxis and shopping grounds. We were there for 12 nights and will use it again next time we go to Santiago. -

I enjoyed the friendliness of staff, spacious and clean rooms, good variety at breakfast time. It's located in a nice area, shopping mall nearby, getting to the airport was fast and easy. I was there for business, but if i was with my family the hotel is equally perfect.

Although we have arrived early morning the room was ready for us. The hostes was very kind and offered a nice brackfast although we weren'tventitle for it.
The location is very good and it just near to the finish point of the "Santego free tour "
When we have asked a computer or iron we immediatly had a positive answer.

The location was great. The price was very good. The food was great value for money. Above all, the staff were excellent and bent over backwards to assist one and, in our case, even with issues not related to our stay at the hotel. Will definitely stay there again. -

Allowed a late checkout at 3 pm so we could tour the city in the morning and early afternoon, then clean up before leaving at 6 pm for the airport and an overnight flight home. -
The staff were so helpful and supportive. We needed to have late checkout as our flight was leaving late in the day and it was no problem. The breakfast was amazing!

This is really a B&B, the garden is beautiful. Breakfast is good.
The house is located back from the street and gate is kept locked. It is a 15 minute walk to restaurants or outlet shopping. -

I asked specifically for a room away from any cell towers and also that they give my sheets and towels an extra rinse and they performed excellently on both counts. Also, they were very good about my wake-up call and arranging a taxi for me to the airport. The man at the reception also spoke very good English so there was no problem with communication.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! The location was unbeatable; a block from two main streets, and a short walk to the Costerna Center and Metro. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. The shower pressure was great! The staff was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. We highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure travel!
