  Alex, the host, is fantastic and attentive - he arranged travel to the airport for me and had nice suggestions for town. I loved that they had bikes available for rent (for cheaper than the places in town) - Warm, friendly hosts, quiet, modern, comfortable & exceptionally close to centre of town

  this has to be one of the best B&Bs ever ... Cristina who runs it puts her heart and soul into making the guests welcome and comfortable, the rooms are lovely, so clean, lovely bedding, breakfast is great with lots of local goodies, and it's great meeting people there. it's easy for town, you can park if you've hired a car - can't recommend it... vad folk säger » highly enough - Cristina is a very friendly and accommodating host! The rooms are extremely comfortable, clean and quiet - a great value for the area. She recommended a great restaurant for dinner that was only a 10 minute walk from the house. And our breakfast in the morning was lovingly prepared with all local ingredients. All around a really great place to stay.

  The host, Bruno, is a really nice guy who is really helpful. Even though we did not arrive until really late in the evening he was there to welcome us.   The owner of this hotel is an outstanding gentleman who will go above and beyond to help you out! We ran into some lost luggage issues in a country where we did not know the language (Spanish) and the owner did everything he could to help out with calling the airlines etc. and help us retrieve our baggage. The breakfast was good and if you have special requests, they - Very close to the centre of Puerta Varas. Very clean and comfortable. Reception staff all spoke good English. Good breakfast. Great location for the lake and mountains/ volcanos (although low cloud on 3/4 days - in May - meant we didn't see them often)

  Very nice and clean room. Nice view and close to the lake. The city center is a short walk (15 mins.) away and the main road to volcano Osorno is right in front of the house.   Everything. Carolina and Eduardo the owners are divine. Its a beautiful haven they have created there with uninterrupted views of Volcane Orsono. Birdlife, close to facilities. It felt like home.
