  The owner of this hotel is an outstanding gentleman who will go above and beyond to help you out! We ran into some lost luggage issues in a country where we did not know the language (Spanish) and the owner did everything he could to help out with calling the airlines etc. and help us retrieve our baggage. You simply do not such kind of hospita... vad folk säger » lity often! The room was well kept and had everything you'll need with a two-year old. The breakfast was good and if you have special requests, they - Very close to the centre of Puerta Varas. Very clean and comfortable. Reception staff all spoke good English. Good breakfast. Great location for the lake and mountains/ volcanos (although low cloud on 3/4 days - in May - meant we didn't see them often)
