  The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport, wasn't kept awake by the faint noise.   Suite was spacious and as described on the site. Hotel was quiet and there was very little hallway noise or street noise. I was in Toronto for medical reasons and after an exhausting day and evening of tests it was much appreciated. I have to go back and even though this hotel was farther away than others I will probably return.   Everything is just excellent and above the expectations. One small thing that migh be noticed. I stayed at room 402 room which is actually above the bar. Albeit it was the 4 th floor, the music from the bar is heard in the bedroom. The music is nice, but I suppose it shouldn't be heard in the room. It a little be croud there and the parking lot is really full- the problem to fi - Big clean spacious room with mini fridge. Some of the furniture showed signs of wear. Bed was comfortable. I chose this hotel because it was on the outer skirts of the city. I read from other reviews that the city had alot of construction going on so I wanted to avoid that. This hotel is a 2 minute walk to the subway. Continental breakfast, WiFi and parking were free. I paid $289 plus taxes for a king room. There is a park next to the hotel. Food was excellent at the restaurant.

  I am a senior traveler who likes to travel lightly and cheaply. This college dorm suited my needs perfectly. Reasonable, centrally located. A no frills room, a comfortable bed with a clean bathroom nearby. I was happily reminded of my young adult grandchildren. Overall, a lovely experience. - Neill-Wycik College Residence is definitely a budget stay, but there should be no complaints for that. The rooms are small, but well maintained. The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The location is fantastic and the prices excellent.
