Excellent location. Within walking distance of major theatres, CN Tower, Rogers Centre and subway. One bedroom suite was very large, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. We stayed there because we have a child with a food allergy and I needed to be able to prepare meals. I was very impressed with the items provided in the kitchen: plates, bowls, silverware, serving bowls with lids, minimal cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, skillet, sauce pan, bigger pan, dish cloth and towel. To be honest, we didn't check in until later in the evening, so we
didn't get a chance to use any of the facilities. But the staff were
super courteous and very accomidating. Our room was very comfortable. We
were a family of three senior sisters and our very elderly dad (90 yrs).
Dad was very impressed with the fact that he had his own bedroom and
bath!! It really was lovely. Thank you so much.

LOVED the bed - I could have stayed there all weekend LOL
The staff was helpful and friendly even when they were facing 20+ teenagers yelling at them on the Thursday night - they seemed to handle themselves well and one of the guys whisked the guests up a separate elevator to avoid the onslaught of teens waiting at the first elevator. I would def

Walking distance to all major attractions such as the CN Tower and Rogers Stadium. Great restaurants nearby and coffee shops. Also close to Chinatown, Kensington Market and theater district. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The front desk staff were most helpful in sorting out my reservation -
the computer and I are not on the best of terms for on-line bookings.
Due to the weather / wind direction, the hotel was on the landing approach for the Toronto airport. I loved watching the planes come in low. Yet, inside the hotel, there was no airplane noise at all!

I love my room. I was in a king suite. The price was unbelievable. I was
impressed with the living room bedroom concept that was separated by
french doors. I also liked the bathroom lay out. The bed was
comfortable, I didn't want to leave. The resturant was good. The
server was polite, and fast. It was simple and quiet. The staff was
friendly during check in and check out. I stayed for one night, and
wished I stayed longer. I will for sure stay at this hotel again in the

Superb views of Toronto Harbour the Islands, Lake Ontario & the City Airport.Clean && comfortable with good security. My daughter lost a sizeable amount of cash which was handed in by the cleaner which displays great honesty.

The hotel was clean looked good on the outside and inside. The rooms
were clean and it was good to have laminate floors. It was good that
there was a pool, workout room and a place to eat. Staff was nice and
helpful. There was not much sound from the planes flying into and out of

The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. The other commendable practice in this hotel is to respect guests' privacy, i.e. if one hangs a "Do not disturb" sign outside the door, the understanding is that the chambermaid will NOT knock on your door to insist a clean up (as is the case of many hotels). Everything was neat and del arranged and the beds swallowed me whole. They were great!

While the room the initially put me in was on a floor with multiple hockey teams (Ages 8-12), when I asked to be moved to a quieter room they were quick to do so and very gracious about it. The new room was super quiet and very nice indeed...Made all the difference in my perception of the hotel. Liked it very much and would stay again. Also proximity to subway and Yorkdale mall a bonus.
