We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. The other commendable practice in this hotel is to respect guests' privacy, i.e. if one hangs a "Do not disturb" sign outside the door, the understanding is that the chambermaid will NOT knock on your door to insist a clean up (as is the case of many hotels). Best Western Hotels always have good quality interior fittings and the staff are very helpfull - Bed and pillow were sooo comfortable - I had a great sleep!

The hotel was clean looked good on the outside and inside. The rooms
were clean and it was good to have laminate floors. It was good that
there was a pool, workout room and a place to eat. Staff was nice and
helpful. There was not much sound from the planes flying into and out of
the airport. -

The front desk staff were most helpful in sorting out my reservation -
the computer and I are not on the best of terms for on-line bookings.
Due to the weather / wind direction, the hotel was on the landing approach for the Toronto airport. I loved watching the planes come in low. Yet, inside the hotel, there was no airplane noise at all!

I love my room. I was in a king suite. The price was unbelievable. I was
impressed with the living room bedroom concept that was separated by
french doors. I also liked the bathroom lay out. The bed was
comfortable, I didn't want to leave. The resturant was good. The
server was polite, and fast. It was simple and quiet. The staff was
friendly during check in and check out. I stayed for one night, and
wished I stayed longer. I will for sure stay at this hotel again in the

Room was very clean and comfortable. - Value for money. For the price that we paid, we had an overall good stay. Room was comfortable and clean, saved me some cash with the Wonderland package. Staffs were all great !
