We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. Thank you for the early check-in, that was very courteous.The bed was so comfortable and the pillows.... The staff was very friendly and helpful. - nice hotel in a nice location. restaurant (dinner and breakfast) was ok. friendly staff. nice bar!

Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels each day and the location was excellent. The area was quiet too yet near one of the main streets in Toronto. LOVED the bed - I could have stayed there all weekend LOL
