  The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport, wasn't kept awake by the faint noise. Very relaxing pool and hot tub. Cookies were fab! - Clean hotel, friendly staff, convenient location, and a great value for the money when prepaying.   We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. We accept that problems happen, but the reception staff handling these issues at the time were poor, showing no regard for the frustration of customers waiting to check-in.   We stayed there because we have a child with a food allergy and I needed to be able to prepare meals. I was very impressed with the items provided in the kitchen: plates, bowls, silverware, serving bowls with lids, minimal cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, skillet, sauce pan, bigger pan, dish cloth and towel. Everything was so clean. The refrigera... vad folk säger » tor was full size and the dishwasher was so clean. The rest of the family ate at the hot breakfast buffet which was very good. The staff was extreme - To be honest, we didn't check in until later in the evening, so we didn't get a chance to use any of the facilities. But the staff were super courteous and very accomidating. Our room was very comfortable. We were a family of three senior sisters and our very elderly dad (90 yrs). Dad was very impressed with the fact that he had his own bedroom and bath!! It really was lovely. Thank you so much.

  In the Dundas area which is good for shopping and other activities. The hotel is only about 15 minute walk to the Toronto Bus Terminal where you can get a $20 coach (return) to the Niagara Falls. Useful for the early start! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was massive, clean and very tidy. The Swimming pool and Jacuzz... vad folk säger » i were clean and enjoyable. Free Wi-Fi, safe and tv. - We LOVED our stay we will definitely be back. The manager on duty was Shawn and he was incredibly helpful and informative. We were well taken care of and we will be back for sure. Thank you for making our stay wonderful as it was a special occasion.
