  Suite was spacious and as described on the site. Hotel was quiet and there was very little hallway noise or street noise. I was in Toronto for medical reasons and after an exhausting day and evening of tests it was much appreciated. I have to go back and even though this hotel was farther away than others I will probably return. They went above and beyond, even just with their courteousness for basic requests, like a wake up call.   The front desk was amazing, I was abit freaked out about driving to Niagara Falls and they reassured me that it was going to be easy, they printed a map aand talk me through it. This saved me 75.00; staff = welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. I'm always hesitant to give reviews but for this hotel I had to, there's no reason to book anywhere else. - the hotel had the Westin 'feel' with all the personal touches you would expect in terms of service. It also had the advantage of having an outside pool which made it feel more of a 'leisure' hotel despite obviously being a popular business conference event destination. The concierge staff were extremely helpful, I liked the green initiatives that were in place in terms of housekeeping and there were a few good shopping malls within taxi distance - Fairview, Shops at Don Mills and Yorkdale

  The hotel staff went out of their way to make our visit special. My husband made some requests because we were staying for our 44th anniversary, and the hotel staff went beyond what he requested.
