  The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport, wasn't kept awake by the faint noise.   This hotel is top-notch. The building is smaller and more intimate, which we really liked. The staff is amazing. Even if the rooms were not as luxurious and well appointed as they are, it would be worth staying just for the service. We used the concierge several times and their recommendations were perfect.   The hotel was clean looked good on the outside and inside. The rooms were clean and it was good to have laminate floors. It was good that there was a pool, workout room and a place to eat.   Location of the place, with the 23rd (and maybe also some other levels) overlooking Queen's Street and the new City Hall is simply fantastic. My main incentive to stay in this hotel was that the Airport Express stops 20 meters from the exit, Toronto coach terminal 200 meters, and it was at most 20 minutes leisurely walk from the most remore parts ... vad folk säger » of the U.of T. campus.   The front desk staff were most helpful in sorting out my reservation - the computer and I are not on the best of terms for on-line bookings. Due to the weather / wind direction, the hotel was on the landing approach for the Toronto airport. I loved watching the planes come in low. Yet, inside the hotel, there was no airplane noise at all! I was in a king suite. The price was unbelievable. I was impressed with the living room bedroom concept that was separated by french doors. I also liked the bathroom lay out. The bed was comfortable, I didn't want to leave. The resturant was good. The server was polite, and fast. It was simple and quiet. The staff was friendly during check in and check out. I stayed for one night, and wished I stayed longer. I will for sure stay at this hotel again in the near future. The hotel

  The hotel staff went out of their way to make our visit special. My husband made some requests because we were staying for our 44th anniversary, and the hotel staff went beyond what he requested.
