I loved sitting in the garden atrium reading, it is a beautiful and relaxing spot. My husband and i had been on our motorbike coming from Jasper, having the hot tub and pool was a god send to our sore aching bodies. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay with you again. The room rates were well below the price we would have paid to stay in such a beautiful hotel

We stayed 2 nights, approximately 2 weeks apart. The first night the room was excellent and we were able to extend our check-out to accommodate a late flight which was very helpful. It was also very helpful that front desk staff assisted in printing boarding passes for our flights. -

We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The beds and the jacuzzi tubs in each room are AMAZING!!! -

Kindly sorted out all questions and not with stock answers. Real, thoughtful, kind answers. I felt heard.
The kids had lots offered to keep them occupied, even though it wasn't a hotel perk. The staff knew of local events and special offers and that was great for two single mums to have at our disposal.

The history of the Tin-wis was very interesting - it was the site of a residential school in the past and the First Nation people have done an amazing job of turning this place into a beautiful resort area for many to enjoy! the staff was very friendly and helpful and we also enjoyed the Bistro on site. The hotel is well located, close to Tofino, but on the park side of it. A handy feature is that the hotel includes boat tours at a discount for whale-watching and to the hot springs, which was advantageously priced for customers. We only stayed at this hotel for only a few hours (arrived late and had to take an early flight the next morning) for a flight connection. The only front staff that was working at that time was extremely friendly and helpful. The 5:30 AM continental breakfast and courtesy shuttle to the airport were much appreciated.
