  Liked the fact that one had either a patio or a balcony as we like to have the option of some fresh air. Even though our room faced the bar, we were unable to hear any noise. Actually all the staff were most helpful - looking up weather reports, everyone greeting us and asking if everything was to our liking (mainta - I loved sitting in the garden atrium reading, it is a beautiful and relaxing spot. My husband and i had been on our motorbike coming from Jasper, having the hot tub and pool was a god send to our sore aching bodies. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay with you again. The room rates were well below the price we would have paid to stay in such a beautiful hotel

  I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! And it was...really clean and newly renovated, great design, very comfortable, wonderful view, and it was my fault that I didn't use the lounge for my complimentary continental breakfast! Oh, and the staff were outstandingly helpful and friendly. The desk clerk (Brad) - I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

  We stayed 2 nights, approximately 2 weeks apart. The first night the room was excellent and we were able to extend our check-out to accommodate a late flight which was very helpful.   Extremely courteous and polite staff, the people at the front desk and the doorman/valet was especially helpful and kind. Our room was beautiful, very spacious, well appointed with high end yet rustic-feeling decorations that puts you in the perfect "ski lodge" mood. However, after a beautiful dinner and a few drinks, we retired to our room and I lit the fire, and it provided many hours of mood - The room we stayed in was amazing for the price (we know it would be more in peak time). We had every convenience we needed (fridge, ironing board, etc., etc.). The staff is great and receiving the small gesture for our anniversary is a nice touch. We love staying at the Hilton!!

  The staff at the desk were friendly. Our room was located above the entrance where the opening and closing of the sliding doors as well as the stamping of feet could be heard through the floor. This made it difficult to sit quietly to read or converse. The staff did try to help by having the maintenance staff clean the runners as well as leave the inside set of doors open. - Location to ski lifts. Allowed us to extend our time in the underground parking the last day so we could ski. Nice ski lockers. Restaurant on site was very friendly.

  The staff at the front desk were incredible. They were friendly, informative and always ready to help! The bed was one of the most comfortable ones we have had in a hotel in some time...and we travel alot. What a treat! - Efficient friendly staff but not overly intrusive or fake. Kindly sorted out all questions and not with stock answers. Real, thoughtful, kind answers. I felt heard. The kids had lots offered to keep them occupied, even though it wasn't a hotel perk. The staff knew of local events and special offers and that was great for two single mums to have at our disposal.

  We had a corner room with two windows and a balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The room was lovely with plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly.
