  Liked the fact that one had either a patio or a balcony as we like to have the option of some fresh air. Even though our room faced the bar, we were unable to hear any noise. Actually all the staff were most helpful - looking up weather reports, everyone greeting us and asking if everything was to our liking (mainta - I loved sitting in the garden atrium reading, it is a beautiful and relaxing spot. My husband and i had been on our motorbike coming from Jasper, having the hot tub and pool was a god send to our sore aching bodies. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay with you again. The room rates were well below the price we would have paid to stay in such a beautiful hotel

  I stayed 3 days there. The suit was very nice; the views were outstanding and only 10 min walk from the left. I was booking standard room however I arrived late noon and they offer me suit with the same price. The room facility was good and the staffs were so kind and excellent.   The hotel was of the excellent standard that you come to expect from Sheraton.   Older motel, recently updated. Manager very friendly and an excellent host. First room he gave us had a plugged bathroom sink, he immediately moved us to another similar room, and had the first one fixed that same afternoon. - Loved having two separate bedrooms. It took a few days to move into an apartment so they switched him to a room with kitchenette; (even on-site washer/dryer) with everything he ciuld have needed and spotlessly clean. The decor looked new, possibly just well maintained. Staff very friendly, gave us the room for a good weekly rate, great location just 5 minutes drive from Downtown. Would definitely return to this hotel.

  Everything!! Excellent service. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Breakfast included with a wide variety of items, more than I've seen at other hotels, and was yummy and fresh. Very easy to find as it is right off the highway. Loved having the two pools and two hot tubs in separate buildings, kids were in one so we stayed in the other. Would have loved to stay longer!! - The price was cheaper than any other hotel in the area. We booked online and everything was ready for us to go to our room when we arrived. Staff were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was so clean. We would definatly recommend this place.

  It was a full fledged apartment, with everything we could ever need (including a washer/dryer) it made our stay with two little boys so comfortable! - huge room, great space felt like home from home. great view.

  We stayed 2 nights, approximately 2 weeks apart. The first night the room was excellent and we were able to extend our check-out to accommodate a late flight which was very helpful.   The staff were all nice, friendly and extremely helpful. It was always clean and quiet. I didn't even mind that their wasn't any room service. I liked that their were 4 bus stops right outside and a variety of restaurants and stores. I had read some reviews before going and people made comments like "...outdated tv's..." but when I got to my room ... vad folk säger » I noticed the large flat screens! This made me realize that all the comments were acknowledged. I really liked that the most. - Staff were friendly and helpful over the whole 3 night stay, both on the reception desk and in the breakfast room. Price was good and the room was pleasant. Housekeeping staff did a good job and were friendly when we encountered them in the corridors.Several eating places nearby (Pho Don Vietnamese restaurant was the one we used) and a pleasant Starbucks.
