  Liked the fact that one had either a patio or a balcony as we like to have the option of some fresh air. Even though our room faced the bar, we were unable to hear any noise. Also appreciated the pool and especially the hot tub - wonderful after a day on the road. The staff in the restaurant were very good and we enjoyed the complimentary bre... vad folk säger » akfast. Actually all the staff were most helpful - looking up weather reports, everyone greeting us and asking if everything was to our liking (mainta - I loved sitting in the garden atrium reading, it is a beautiful and relaxing spot. My husband and i had been on our motorbike coming from Jasper, having the hot tub and pool was a god send to our sore aching bodies. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay with you again. The room rates were well below the price we would have paid to stay in such a beautiful hotel

  The hotel was of the excellent standard that you come to expect from Sheraton. The room was very comfortable and I had a rather lovely view which is always nice when you are travelling for business and dont have much time to explore! - ،I liked the staff and the size of the room and its quite hotel

  Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the wildlife marshland preservation area. Room was modern with all amenities.   We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience.   Extremely courteous and polite staff, the people at the front desk and the doorman/valet was especially helpful and kind. Our room was beautiful, very spacious, well appointed with high end yet rustic-feeling decorations that puts you in the perfect "ski lodge" mood. However, after a beautiful dinner and a few drinks, we retired to our room and I lit the fire, and it provided many hours of mood - The room we stayed in was amazing for the price (we know it would be more in peak time). We had every convenience we needed (fridge, ironing board, etc., etc.). The staff is great and receiving the small gesture for our anniversary is a nice touch. We love staying at the Hilton!!

  I loved the bed and linens! Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having a fridge and kettle. Loved that I could go out on the large balcony and there was seating and a table. Also was happy that I could smoke on the balcony.   the room itself was fine. The couch had a lot of stains which really is not acceptable. I liked the WIFI. the pool was great but a small childs pool would be nice for little ones. - The apartment had everything you could think of or everything you needed. The view of the lake was great. Walking distance from other pubs and lakeside restaurants.

  Totally relaxing holiday plus a lot to see and around the area for all ages .staff is excellent and helpful It was nice to stay and see what we saw on undercover boss Canada will be back with friends soon - Resort felt like you we're at a tropical resort. Loved the vineyards and the quietness of the resort. Also liked the fruit orchards.

  We brought our two dogs and they were each given their own "heavenly" dog bed, dishes and treats. The kichenette has everything you need to cook and bake! Our one bedroom suite was perfect - we could keep the dogs out and the room was pitch black so I could finally get some sleep.   The room we had booked was a studio loft with a kitchen, the room they checked us into at the Lizard Creek Lodge was in building 2, and it had 2 bedrooms a full living room, and a full equipped kitchen. Oh, and a jacuzzi! I am not sure if this was because the hotel was busy, or it was a mistake, but we certainly were not disappointed. When deciding on which room to have, I was asked if I wanted to see them and the chap was there within seconds, up to the 5th & 7th floors & back to reception in minutes. Excellently located, 5 mins' walk from city shops. Incredibly efficient! The French doors allowed us to fully enjoy the view and provided easy access to the outside. The staff were very friendly and informative.
