The hotel lobby looked impressive and set expectations very high. The
check in process was fast and easy. We loved the elevator with a view.
The indoor/outdoor pool was great as was the sauna and locker room.
The room was nice as well with nice finishes (wood, granite counters,

Very friendly staff at check-in and very organized. This was my second stay at the Intercontinental, the first time I stayed in the penthouse suite at the top for a wedding. The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful, especially Todd from the Intercontinental Club.
I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.

I loved everything about the hotel; the decor in the public areas was nice, and the rooms were just gorgeous, with big bathroom, lovely walk-in shower; bed was really comfortable, there was plenty of desk space; the internet was faast and free; and breakfast was veyr good too. I travel a lot, and the staff at this hotel was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond, even just with their courteousness for basic requests, like a wake up call. They made a very regular stay, very enjoyable. -

informed that I had been selected as their Guest of the Day and upgraded
to a suite for no extra charge. I was very surprised and appreciative of

It's in the heart of TIFF...so you may see celebrities....the New York Red Bulls soccer team was there on this particular weekend.

The location of the hotel is great right on the waterfront, you are in walking distance to the Rogers Center and the CN Tower, the hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment, the pool is located on the 5th floor and this is a lovely area with sun loungers and comfy seating and gets the sun for most of the day.. The breakfast is also lovely nice choice of fresh fruit, pastries and hot breakfast.. There is a tour bus stop across the road from the Hotel and booking office right beside it....

Great rooms in a very beautiful old house. The hosts effectually aim to make your stay pleasant.
Manyfold breakfast in a convenient kitchen where one can take the food all over the day. So, when you are thirsty after a long day trip: No problem, help yourself and take something to drink from the refrigerator.
We already know where to go next time we are in Toronto.
