  LOVED the bed - I could have stayed there all weekend LOL The staff was helpful and friendly even when they were facing 20+ teenagers yelling at them on the Thursday night - they seemed to handle themselves well and one of the guys whisked the guests up a separate elevator to avoid the onslaught of teens waiting at the first elevator. I would def... vad folk säger » initely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others. - Walking distance to all major attractions such as the CN Tower and Rogers Stadium. Great restaurants nearby and coffee shops. Also close to Chinatown, Kensington Market and theater district. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

  I loved the fact that there was appropriate space for all to manage themselves around in comfort. Also having two bedrooms and two bathrooms with sufficient closet space was excellent. And having two porches was definitely a bonus. :) The kitchen was well equipped and a good size. All in all it was a great choice for us to stay at Glen Grove Conse... vad folk säger » rvatory Tower. After having a bit of difficulty checking in "after hours, we discovered that the guest before us had smoked in our non-smoking room so when we arrived the air was very heavy with smoke but there was no one to call about the problem at that hour. Before the office opened the next morning, the manager had called us directly to check on us and, after hearing our situation, offered relief for our situation.

  Thank you for the early check-in, that was very courteous.The bed was so comfortable and the pillows.... The staff was very friendly and helpful. - nice hotel in a nice location. restaurant (dinner and breakfast) was ok. friendly staff. nice bar!

  Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels each day and the location was excellent. The area was quiet too yet near one of the main streets in Toronto. The staff did their best to meet any requests eg obtaining a toaster for the kitchen which was supplied almost immediately. - A very large appartment type hotel within walking distance of the subway... vad folk säger » system.
