  Very friendly staff at check-in and very organized. This was my second stay at the Intercontinental, the first time I stayed in the penthouse suite at the top for a wedding. This time I returned with my boyfriend and we were upgraded to one of the new rooms with a direct view of the CN tower and Ripleys Aquarium which was beautiful. We received great guidance from a man at the concierge desk for good restaurants nearby and ended up really enjoying our experi - The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful, especially Todd from the Intercontinental Club. I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.

  I loved everything about the hotel; the decor in the public areas was nice, and the rooms were just gorgeous, with big bathroom, lovely walk-in shower; bed was really comfortable, there was plenty of desk space; the internet was faast and free; and breakfast was veyr good too.   This is a great place to stay and I will definitely be coming back. Everything is nicely informal, and the Rex staff are lovely (You have to go to the bar to check in). The room was small, but very comfortable indeed. It was possible to get food until midnight if needed, there was jazz on tap, and the surrounding area of the Rex is brilliant for a... vad folk säger » ll it has to offer. We stayed in an en suite room, but the other rooms looked fine too (plenty of bathrooms in the corridor). I would enthusiastically - I love loved the location! Its within walking distance to Dundas Square (about 15 mins). There is also a train stay about 2 min walk from the hotel. There are also numerous train cars. There are also jazz shows on most nights. Its a great place to stay. There's also a free breakfast of toast and tea or coffee.

  I can't say enough about this hotel, its staff and the suite in which I stayed. While le Germain is certainly no budget-conscious hotel, it has remained true to its boutique roots and provided numerous value-adds that left me feeling as if I was well compensated for the rather considerable rate that I paid. I could not believe the facilities at the value of this hotel. I have stayed in many major hotels all around toronto, this one blew them out of the water. You are close to a lot of restaurants and the location is right downtown. This place is more stunning than the pictures had depicted it to be and I would refer it to anyone.
