  Very friendly staff at check-in and very organized. This was my second stay at the Intercontinental, the first time I stayed in the penthouse suite at the top for a wedding. This time I returned with my boyfriend and we were upgraded to one of the new rooms with a direct view of the CN tower and Ripleys Aquarium which was beautiful. We received great guidance from a man at the concierge desk for good restaurants nearby and ended up really enjoying our experi - The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful, especially Todd from the Intercontinental Club. I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.

  i have a bad lower back problem, so i have to consider the quality of hotel that can address this problem area. well the bed at soho was exceptional. the bar on the main floor was unbelieveable, really cool atmoshpere and amazing music/decor/lighting. i was able to talk without screaming to my wife and the prices for alcoholic beverages were reaso... vad folk säger » nable. also, the soaps/shampoos that the hotel provides were fantastic. one more thing-since the hotel was not busy, they upgraded my room. - The front desk staff and the concierge were all very friendly. It truly felt as if they were welcoming you into their home. The room lay-out (especially the closet arrangement) was superb. I am a very sqeamish houseguest, but the rooms were immaculate.

  Room was renovated and super nice! King bed, IPod dock, fireplace, seating, desk and chair. Coffee and fridge. Really nicely appointed washroom with eco friendly soaps, etc. Location is great. A lot of road construction right now in front so plan carefully if you are driving in especially from west end as street is partially closed in easterly dir... vad folk säger » ection so access is a bit tricky right now if you are not familiar with area. Was in town with teenage daughter to attend the Warped Tour early the ne - The location of the hotel is great right on the waterfront, you are in walking distance to the Rogers Center and the CN Tower, the hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment, the pool is located on the 5th floor and this is a lovely area with sun loungers and comfy seating and gets the sun for most of the day.. The breakfast is also lovely nice choice of fresh fruit, pastries and hot breakfast.. There is a tour bus stop across the road from the Hotel and booking office right beside it....

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Park Hyatt. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location in Yorkville was accessible to most of the attractions around Toronto. We need to give special mention to the Concierge team who went out of their way to help us and give recommendations on everything. This is the second time we stayed at the Hyatt and we will definitely stay again if we come back t - From the moment we arrived at the check in desk until the time we checked out, we were treated like royalty. I cannot say enough good things about all the staff. They were professional, friendly, efficient and helpful. Their goal (and they succeeded) was to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.
