  The staff, specially a young man whos nickname is "Nico". He really made us feel that we were in our country, specially when we arrive and he heard us speak in our language, and start to speak with us in Spanish!!! We came from Puerto Rico. - Very good location. Right at the gate of old Quebec.

  Definitely the hospitality (of all the staff)! It was like having an extended family - everyone was so helpful, caring and friendly. Loved the quaintness of the rooms!   We celebrated my wife’s 55th birthday travelling by train from Toronto to Quebec City for a 4 night stay at Aux Studios D'Auteuil. The hotel was an excellent choice in terms of location that was walkable with backpacks from the train station and close to all the main attractions. Having a fully equipped kitchen for breakfast and lunch was a real bonus. - The location is splendid for sightseeing in Old Quebec City. Studio apartment was cheery and quiet.   The Chateau Laurier is a lovely clean hotel and very close to the Old City. The room was nice and roomy and the staff were excellent, polite and helpful. This hotel would be perfect for those traveling with children. We had a great stay!

  loved our spacious room with bath. Loved the included breakfast, loved the helpful staff. The person who checked me in changed our room from a 3rd floor to a 2nd floor without me even asking. As I am 66, that was a big help.
