The room was very large, clean and cozy. The room had a fridge, two comfortable chairs and a dining table, which we could use for snack or breakfast, a very large desk and a chair, which we could use for a computer. Great hotel! Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, kitchen, microwave...
We've stayed at other places in Banff, and liked Irwin's the
best. Most of the other places felt more like overpriced motel rooms,
while Irwin's felt like a nice hotel. We got a great last minute
deal on a room, and were pleasantly surprised by what a nice place it
was. Also, pet fee was only $10.

We had to cancel our original two nights hotel booking in Banff due to
the Hwy 1 road closure caused by the disastrous flooding. We had to
change our itinerary and travel through Red Deer to get to
Jasper/Banff. We were so glad that we booked into The Hidden Ridge
Resort instead (the hotel previously booked and cancelled didn't

cottage/chalet setting with a stunning view, a spacious and very
well equipped one bedroom apartment was a nice ch -
The view from the hot tub and warm pool. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. The condo was lovely too! The kitchenette was a great thing to have to cook our own food and the BBQ was very nice to use. The inexpensive long distance phone fee was awesome as was the free parking and free shuttle bus into Banff (not to mention the free coffee and hot chocolate in the lounge/lobby all day)
