We had a great view of the mountains in Banff from our room. The hotel is up out of the townsite, so you feel like you are in nature. The room itself was modern and roomy. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and peaceful, which is what we wanted on this trip. -

... vad folk säger » m the front desk about an hour after I checked in to see if there was anything I needed, it was a nice touch. Also, the shampoos, creams and soap products were very nice quality and natural. Free use of the fitness facilities, pool area and free WiFi, was another bonus.

Jay was the first person we met there with the valet service provided. He was so friendly and nice and remembered our names each time we met him. It was very nice, the staff were excellent - The spa/pool area is an ideal place to ease the aches from a day on the slopes. Also the Keg restaurant does good steaks and is a popular place to eat.

restaurant was good and staff was excellent - We really enjoyed our stay and the closeness to all areas. The staff were wonderful, especially when we had a concern about the heat in our room, and the coffee machine was replaced quickly when discovered not working.

very comfortable beds. There is a breakfast buffet at the ptarmigan
hotel where you check in to the driftwood and for $14 , gst and tip
