I liked everything, the room was clean and modern, the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.
The first night of my stay I got back to the room after a walk in the city and someone came and closed the curtains, cleaned a little bit and turned on the radio on a nice jazz channel. It was such a nice touch.

All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. All the interactive staff spoke excellent English.
The bathroom was beautifully clean. After a night in Hong Kong Regal Airport Hotel at 130 Euros, no breakfast and a grubby bathroom, I couldn't be more delighted.
This hotel is suitable for anyone who needs a quiet, reasonably priced hotel; fantastic value for money.

Don't think that it is far away from the city. It's just 10 mins. away from the city center(by taxi 8 lev). And sofia is so tiny, you can go anywhere by taxi just in few minutes and maximum cost is 15 lev. Hotel is very close the airport. By taxi 4 lev. and 5 minutes. Hotel is brand-new. Very clean. The staff spoke English very well, and were helpful and approachable about taxi and restaurant bookings. There is laptop set up in the hotel lobby for the use of guests, free. Nice courtyard restaurant with a water feature, and menu in English as well as Bulgarian.
