  The room service staff were at your door everyday asking you if you wanted your room to be clean. This is a good service and they were all the time friendly and smiling. The breakfast was healthy and was a variety of everything.   Spa is very good. There is a lot of nice details to enjoy in. Breakfast was good. The place is fancy. It is quiet in the evening. Everything is cheap in Bulgaria. - fantastic environment,large rooms,full facilities ,very good price

  Great location, only ten minute walk to all of the major sites in the city center, and shops, cost per night was brilliant value for money, I loved the fact that it had a lovely gym and swimming pool which was very clean and well kept.
