  It was great value for the money and great location for us (we attended an event in South Park). We were allowed to bring our two dogs without an extra charge. 11th floor also had a great view! - The staff is very friendly, very nice location, close to every place that you need to visit for spending a perfect night out (cab ride not more then 3EU... vad folk säger » R) Parking place at site!

  Great location, very clean and the service was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone and would use again if in Sofia. - Staff were friendly and courteous ( spoke good English ). The rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. All in all it was very good value.

  Every single thing... It was an excellent stay and after my experience with the hotel in greece this was paradise. I do not thing anyone would have something to complain about. - Very friendly and efficient staff. Excellent restaurants on site.

  Arte has absolutely lovely people and I was given a great smoking room at a very reasonable rate. Its a noce hotel that is quiet with very efficient help.   Pleasant suprise . New hotel , decorated with taste , large rooms , clean , lcd with international channels ,wifi (dont checked) Good underground parking for 6-8 cars Very good breakfast .Next a Mac Donalds and a Billa supermarket .Mostly i liked staff, is young and speaking good english and not hostile ... ( 90% of bulgarians from gas station to ... vad folk säger » supermarket and hotels are rude..) Hey wake up , tourists are not your ennemies..Nice place to stay if you are passing Sofia . - Staff polite and helpful. Breakfast was fine, loved the chocolate pancakes! Nice small shopping square, Billa and Kaufland within walking distance, as is the Metro station, Happy Bar and Grill next to the hotel but we ate in the restaurant and it was lovely. The waitress we had could have done with some lessons in friendliness but she corrected her mistake.
