  Premier Thracia lives up to the Best Western standards. Everything was wonderful and the staff exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful. They made recommendations for restaurants that were great and provided us with information about the free walking tour to become familiar with Sofia's most important sites. If you are traveling - The breakfast-buffet is excellent – and the staff even better. Here is a little story: I like my coffee with milk. Two mornings later the waiter asks me, if I want milk with my coffee – I nodded, and she served hot(!) milk with my beverage. Outstanding...

Having a kitchenette was a blessing. The staff spoke English very well, and were helpful and approachable about taxi and restaurant bookings. There is laptop set up in the hotel lobby for the use of guests, free. Nice courtyard restaurant with a water feature, and menu in English as well as Bulgarian.
