  New, spotless, very comfortable, very close to bus depot. Enough english spoken for a few questions to be answered. Close to city center and one food store. It was excellent - Staff are friendly and helpful, when I asked about the bus schedule to Rila, he helped me to search on web and advised!

  I stayed here because it was close to the bus and train stations. When you walk out of the station, look for the towering Princess Hotel and go to it. The Hotel Cheap is about 50 meters away in the direction away from the station on a small street. The hotel is clean and is good value.   good location, friendly staff and good service by check in and check out. I recommend to book a room with double bed - bigger in size and the beds are more comfortable in comparison to those of the twin rooms. - English speaking staff friendly and helpful.   The hostel is located at the mid-way between town center and the bus/train station. It only takes 15 minutes walking time to arrive. 5 minutes time to the market.   This is a nice place to stay. Free and fast Wifi. Walking distance to the centre. Mall of Sofia 10 minute walk. Supermarkets and restaurants a short walk. Load of laundry is 3 euro. Private parking in the next street for 5 euro per day. There is no free public parking. Big clean room but tiny bathroom. Gery who lives at Hotel Sofia Guesthouse speaks some English and she made coffee and tea for us each morning. She washed our clothes too (3 euros a load ).   It was my first stay in Sofia and I booked this hotel because of the economic rate. They obviously gave me the biggest room available. The ladies at the reception are very friendly and helpful. You can book a kind of standard breakfast for 3 Euros. They even adjusted my breakfast according to my preferences.
