  The altra modern setting of the room was great. Every room has character. One of the most modern hotel that I have ever stayed (I travel round the world, frequently!). At breakfast, the waiter was thorough. The receptionist was also very helpful. Bell boy was friendly. Every staff had welcoming smiles... which is rare to find in Bulgaria. - I parti... vad folk säger » cularly liked the staff. They are young and enthusiastic, and very anxious that guests enjoy their stay. They did everything they possibly could to help. The location is great. Another thing I really liked was the cleanliness of the hotel; it was exceptionally good.
