It was great the stuff of this hotel. It was very friendly. The location of the hotel was also great because is very near at everything like Metro,tram,busses.taxi, national palace of culture,bars,restaurants,clubs and more. I recomend it for sure! -

Ourroom was very large with a kitchen area including a coffee maker, teamaker, refrigerator and dish washer. The shower was large with a "rain"style showerhead. They serve a hearty breakfast in their beautifulgarden. The hotel is conveniently located, just a few short steps toVitosha Blvd, the main street in the center of Sofia.

What was very imp -
The staff were friendly and prompt in all communication. They turned up promptly with the keys and went out of their way to ensure our 5 year- old daughter had an adequate bed (as opposed to the baby cot other places were offering!). The flat was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the location perfect for shopping and eating in town. Excellent value for money. We will definitely visit again.

One of the main advantages is that Sofia Inn is located in the center of Sofia city most of the things are within walking distance (taxi is also cheap). The staff spoke English very well, and were helpful and approachable about taxi and restaurant bookings. There is laptop set up in the hotel lobby for the use of guests, free. Nice courtyard restaurant with a water feature, and menu in English as well as Bulgarian.

which apartment you will be staying in. They arranged a transfer from
the airport for 18 Euros. The apartment was modern, very comfortable and
very close to a 24hour supermarket and the European Union Metro Station.
We would stay there again. -

Central apartment close to everything, not surrounded by tourists. Airport transfer easily arranged. Lina, who I dealt with,.was kind and helpful,.arranged a car hire day trip for me.
