The hotel is nicely designed with good decorations, luxurious bath, large mini-bar (can easily fit your own purchase for quick chill before) The reception was polite enough to let me borrow a power socket adaptor!   Great location, very clean and the service was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone and would use again if in Sofia. - Staff were friendly and courteous ( spoke good English ). The rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. All in all it was very good value.
