  We stayed at the Kaliakra Apartment. Vip advise 3 days before you arrive which apartment you will be staying in. They arranged a transfer from the airport for 18 Euros. The apartment was modern, very comfortable and very close to a 24hour supermarket and the European Union Metro Station.   I stay in this hotel every time I am in Sofia (once a month). I chose it once because of the low price but I was so impressed that I would recommend it to everyone.
