The first night of my stay I got back to the room after a walk in the city and someone came and closed the curtains, cleaned a little bit and turned on the radio on a nice jazz channel. Apartment House Bulgaria suits our needs very well, easy to reach by car, but good access to the centre of the city via the tram (even with a pram) so no need to stress about driving and parking in the centre.   The room service staff were at your door everyday asking you if you wanted your room to be clean. This is a good service and they were all the time friendly and smiling. The breakfast was healthy and was a variety of everything.
