I liked everything, the room was clean and modern, the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.
The first night of my stay I got back to the room after a walk in the city and someone came and closed the curtains, cleaned a little bit and turned on the radio on a nice jazz channel. It was such a nice touch.

What was there not to like about this place? Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.

I stay in many hotels both for leisure and business and the staff were
perfect. The reception staff were faultless and very helpful and
friendly. The porter were exceptional helping me park my car, moving it
because the police had requested it to be removed during a rally taking
place outside and with directions. Very nice. -

... vad folk säger » , I would like again to stay in this hotel - Rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. Having a kitchenette was a blessing. The staff spoke English very well, and were helpful and approachable about taxi and restaurant bookings. There is laptop set up in the hotel lobby for the use of guests, free. Nice courtyard restaurant with a water feature, and menu in English as well as Bulgarian.
