  This hotel is in a great location on the promenade with sea views.The rooms had triple glazing so it was very quiet. We had dinner in their restaurant "Francis Drake" and the food was excellent quality...one of the best restaurants in Balchik.   Viktoria Family Hotel is situated on the main street in Balchik. It is a small hotel but is very cozy and pleasant. We stayed for 7 nights, and we had breakfast included. The room was big enough, the furniture is new and very comfortable. There is also a fridge in the room, so you can buy a few things at the supermarket. The hotel Selena worked just fine for us. The accommodations were just so-so but they were what we expected for the price. Everything was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.   The staff is very nice. I was worried about the car but they gave us a parking slot inside the yard. It was safe there, I wouldn't be happy though with the car parked on the street near a forest, even though there is a guardian. In the resturant, we had a delicious dinner with traditional bulgarian food. We paid a correct price for this, the waiter advised about different kinds of bulgarian dishes. Breakfast -continental, but ok, they offered more coffee or anything else we wanted. The rooms - very clean and spacious, the AC worked very well for warming.The parking is overseen.
